Dr. Michael Carotta has worked with adolescents for over thirty years in educational, pastoral, and clinical settings. He spent eleven years as a classroom teacher, including four years working with at-risk youth at Girls and Boys town and is the former Executive Director of the NCEA Department of Religious Education. He is a well-known national speaker and teaches graduate courses in several Catholic universities.
