Meet Beryl Schewe!

Beryl Schewe works with faith groups, healthcare professionals and the bereaved to explore strengthening resilience through grief work. She speaks frequently at conferences, churches and grief groups on aging, grief and loss. She has been a panelist on Twin Cities Public Televisions Honoring Choices: End of Life Series and spoken at The National Conference on Aging. She currently serves on advisory boards for two Minneapolis hospitals and directs pastoral care for a 8,000 member Catholic Community.

Beryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Duke University, a MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a Masters in Divinity from the School of Theology and Seminary at St John’s University. She is an ACPE Board Certified chaplain.

Beryl is the author of Habits of Resilience: Learning to Live Fully in the Midst of Loss and writes a Spiritually Speaking column for her local newspaper. She lives and works in Minneapolis, MN.
