ORDER ONLINE: Add resources to your cart and proceed through checkout. You may use a credit card or PayPal to purchase online. Or you may ask us to bill your purchase to your parish or school account by selecting that option at check-out. You may not ask us to bill you on orders less than $20.00, just because of the cost of sending an invoice. We offer credit only to parishes, schools, and other institutions within the Church.

SHIPPING: Books & DVDs will ship from our warehouse. Overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day orders must be received by noon central time each day. All orders received after noon will ship on the following day. No expedited shipping is available on weekend days or holidays.
RETURNS: Dated material, clearance, customized, reproducible, downloadable products including ebooks, flipbooks, and digitals, as well as out of print items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All other returns require a Return Authorization number to be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1-800-321-0411. Merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition and returned within 30 days from the invoice date and mailed to: Bayard Inc., 1564 Fencorp Dr., Fenton MO 63026.

2. We recommend that you send a proposal for your book, which should include:
(a) Information about you as the author and your qualifications for writing this book
(b) A brief, concise overview of the book and the audience you are trying to reach
(c) The book’s introduction
(d) An annotated table of contents with a brief summary of each chapter
(e) One or two sample chapters
3. We accept electronic submissions by email with attached documents in Microsoft Word. 4. We do not accept multiple submissions or paper-copy submissions by postal mail. 5. We will design the book. Keep the formatting of your manuscript or proposal as simple as possible.
