Shipping charges for the 48 states will be a minimum of $6.25 for orders up to $42. Then the charge is 15% of the total retail bill with a cap of $200.
For AK, HI, PR, GUAM, US Virgin Islands, APOs and FPOs standard handling fee as US 48 states plus shipping fees: $1 for first lb. and $.50 each add’l lb. Canada: standard handling fee plus shipping fees: $2 for first lb. and $1 each add’l lb.
