BOOK & VIDEO RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return undamaged books and videos within 30 days of receipt. An invoice must accompany all returns to receive full credit. A credit memo will be issued.
Returns should be sent via a traceable mode of shipment (book post and library mode are NOT traceable). Twenty-Third Publications cannot issue credit on items lost in transit to our facilities. BOOKSTORES
Permission to return items must be obtained from customer service by calling 1-800-321-0411 ext. 164.
All discrepancies, damaged items and shipping errors must be reported to customer service within 20 days of receipt of your order.
All other returns will be accepted provided they are received by us no earlier than 6 months after invoice date and no later than 1 year after the invoice date.
Authorized overstock returns carry an assessment of 5% of retail price as our re-stocking fee.
A credit will be applied to your account for the total of all products, not including shipping charges either to or from your location, except in cases of order entry or shipping errors.
No returns are permitted on dated material, out-of-print material, stickered or damaged goods. Our original invoice must accompany all returns.
Books damaged en route cannot be credited to your account. However, you are welcome to request that we return them to you at your own expense, provided your request for return is received within two weeks of the return date. |
